Supporting Schools and Organisations
Future Forge Academy works in partnership with schools, local authorities, alternative provision settings, and other organisations to provide flexible online educational support for learners who require an alternative or additional approach to learning.
We understand that some learners face barriers that make accessing or engaging with traditional education challenging. Our programmes are designed to complement existing educational provision by providing engaging, personalised online learning that helps learners rebuild confidence, develop resilience, and reconnect with education.
Learners We May Support
We may support learners who are:
- At risk of exclusion or permanent exclusion.
- Experiencing low engagement, poor motivation, or difficulty sustaining focus.
- Struggling with attendance or emotionally based school avoidance.
- Unable to access full-time education due to medical, emotional, or social needs.
- Requiring additional support due to identified or emerging special educational needs.
- Recovering from adverse childhood experiences, trauma, or significant life events that have affected their education.
- Requiring personalised learning approaches that cannot always be provided within a traditional classroom.
- Working towards reintegration into mainstream education or preparing for a new educational placement.
A Structured and Supportive Environment
Our live online learning provides a structured, supportive environment where learners can experience success, develop positive relationships with learning, and make meaningful academic and personal progress.
We recognise that behaviour is often a form of communication. By understanding the barriers affecting a learner’s engagement, we create personalised learning experiences that rebuild confidence, foster a sense of belonging, and support long-term success.
Collaborative Provision
Where appropriate, we work collaboratively with schools, local authorities, parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure our provision complements existing support and contributes towards agreed educational outcomes.
Whether we are delivering project-based STEM learning, supporting outcomes identified within an Education, Health and Care Plan, developing Individual Learning Plans, contributing to Annual Reviews, or providing targeted educational intervention, our aim is always the same:
To ensure every learner has access to an education that is engaging, inclusive, and responsive to their individual needs.
